Rachael is a Registered Psychologist and is currently completing her endorsement in Clinical Psychology. Rachael uses approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Play Therapy to help her clients overcome difficulties that they are experiencing in their life and work towards becoming their best self. Rachael believes that it is important to work with clients in a way that is tailored to who they are and their unique needs. This includes finding interesting ways to help engage children and young people in therapy, and ensuring that all people feel like their feelings and experiences are valued in the therapeutic process.
