Kaori is a registered psychologist who works with individuals who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship
issues. She offers a compassionate space where individuals can explore their difficulties in an non-judgmental environment to move towards their
personal goals. Kaori uses an integrative therapeutic approach and tailors her treatment to the presentation of each individual client. This is so that the client-therapist relationship is central to the therapeutic gains made.
Kaori uses therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and a wide range of evidence-based skills to assist her clients to achieve their therapeutic goals through collaboration and openness.
