Debbie Jeffries

Clinical Psychologist and Director

Debbie is both a trained Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist and Director of Redlands Psychologists.  Her aim is to empower children, adolescents and their families by providing them with the tools to positively influence developmental and learning pathways to ensure quality of life.  Debbie has a special passion for working with children and adolescents on the Autistic Spectrum and likes to work within a family therapy framework. Debbie approaches therapy using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, with the use of drawings and play to ensure that all ages can benefit. She works closely with schools to ensure consistent use of strategies across multiple settings.  She is additionally trained in the ADOS 2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) which is the gold standard in assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Debbie supervises all the child and adolescent therapists who work at Redlands, so if she is unable to personally see a client she is still able to have input into ongoing care and assisting them reach their desired goal.
