Brad Smith
Provisional Psychologist
Brad is a warm, approachable, and compassionate psychologist who works collaboratively with adolescents and adults to help them better understand themselves and achieve meaningful change. He has experience supporting individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, psychosis, personality disorders, and emotional dysregulation across private practice, NDIS, and public mental health settings.
Brad has a particular interest in adult mental health, neurodevelopmental assessments, and psychological assessment, including cognitive, behavioural, and autism assessments. He draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's individual needs.
Outside of work, Bradley enjoys travelling, staying active, and spending time at the beach.
