Lisa is a Registered Psychologist who holds an undergraduate degree Education and a Master’s degree in Psychology. Lisa’s passion and study of Psychology stemmed from working in a school context with children and adolescents as a teacher for several years, with her having extensive experience in working with children, adolescents and families. She has worked with clients who present with anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, grief, anger management, emotional self-regulation difficulties, behaviour management, attention difficulties (ADHD), and ASD.
Lisa is passionate about supporting her clients to achieve their potential and to live an authentic, meaningful life. She believes that the therapy process should equip her clients with the necessary tools and skills to manage life stressors, recognise their strengths and to communicate and process their feelings in a helpful way.
