Jessica works predominantly with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Jessica is certified in and has delivered various evidence-based parenting programs for parent-child attachment and the management of youth behavioural problems, including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Circle of Security (COS) Parent DVD training, and Triple P. In addition to working with children with significant behavioural difficulties, Jessica also has experience working with children with feeding difficulties. Jessica has conducted and published research on adult and child eating behaviour and parent-child interaction therapy, and has presented her research at both national and international conferences.
More recently, Jessica has developed an interest in working with children and adolescents with anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Jessica has a warm and down-to-earth style, and is passionate about helping children and adolescents improve their functioning and quality of life.
